Despite my recent ban on cartoon illustrations, I caved and made this to supplement a news lead for Mayor Michael Nutters, oppositional actions against city council members amongst recent budget troubles. Its a good thing I had that illustration I spent all weekend drawing Nutter's face. Y'know, whatever.
